ROMSDALEN 9. – 12. JULY 2026
Volunteer applications is closed
The response to our volunteer call has been truly overwhelming — thank you. At the moment, we’ve received so many applications that we’ve temporarily closed the volunteer sign-up.
Right now, we’re in the process of going through applications and placing people into teams and roles where they’ll fit best. This takes a bit of time, and we want to do it properly.
If we find that we need more volunteers, the application form will reopen. When that happens, we’ll share the update through our channels. Thank you to everyone who applied — and to those who were curious <3
Volunteer FAQ's
What you’ll do
As a volunteer, you’ll work around 2-3 shifts of 8 hours over the festival period (including arrival/build-down days).
The rest of the time is yours to enjoy concerts, dance under the stars, attend workshops, or just chill by the fire.
No experience needed. Just bring a smile, a good attitude, and the ability to show up when needed.
What you’ll get
As a volunteer at Trollkauk, you’ll get a free festival pass/day pass, and meals during your shifts. But more than that, you’ll be part of something real — a community of kind, curious and slightly chaotic humans who make this place come alive.
You’ll share work, laughter, muddy boots and starry skies. And along the way, you’ll likely find new friends, a few inside jokes, and the feeling of having helped create something meaningful — together.
Can I volunteer with my friends?
We do our best to place friends on the same shifts.
Let us know in your application!
Can I choose when I work?
First come, first served – that’s how we roll! When the volunteer application opens, you’ll get to pick the role you’d love most.
We’ll do our very best to make all the pieces fall into place — with a bit of Trollkauk magic, of course
