important information
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Trollkauk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets & resale
All Trollkauk tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.
We have a WhatsApp group specifically for ticket resales, where you can offer your ticket to other people who would like to attend.
We do not support reselling tickets for profit. We ask that you respect the spirit of Trollkauk and sell your ticket at the original ticket price, giving someone else the opportunity to experience the festival.
Trollkauk is not responsible for private transactions between buyers and sellers. Make sure you only transfer your ticket once you have received payment, and be aware of potential scams when buying or selling tickets privately.
Age limit
Trollkauk is an 18+ festival. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Children under the age of 2 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Valid ID may be required at check-in.
Photography & filming
Photography and filming will take place throughout the festival. Our photo and video crew will document the festival and the people, atmosphere and moments that make Trollkauk what it is.
By attending Trollkauk, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs and video footage. This content may be used by Trollkauk for documentation, editorial content, social media, marketing and other festival-related communication.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of our photo or video crew know when you see them. We will do our best to respect your wishes.
Programme & activities
Your festival ticket gives you access to the festival programme, including concerts, workshops, hikes and other activities taking place throughout the weekend.
The programme is subject to change. Artists, workshops, activities or other parts of the programme may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
Some workshops or activities may have limited capacity or require separate registration. A festival ticket does not automatically guarantee a place at every individual activity.
Camping
Camping is included with your festival ticket. You are welcome to bring a tent or van and must bring your own camping equipment.
Camping spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are allocated on arrival according to the festival's camping arrangements.
Please respect the camping area, other guests and the surrounding nature. Take all your belongings and rubbish with you when you leave.
Outdoor festival
Trollkauk takes place outdoors, in a natural environment. Weather conditions, uneven terrain, heat, cold, rain and other natural elements are part of the experience.
Please come prepared for the conditions and make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Some activities, including hikes and river-related activities, involve natural terrain and conditions that may carry inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing your own abilities and participating within your own limits.
Safety & behaviour
We want Trollkauk to be a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
All guests are expected to treat other guests, artists, volunteers and crew with respect and follow instructions from the festival team.
Trollkauk reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave in a threatening, violent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate manner, or who put themselves or others at risk.
Changes & cancellation
The festival programme and practical arrangements may change when necessary. We will communicate significant changes through our official channels.
If Trollkauk is cancelled by the organisers, information about refunds or alternative arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
Personal responsibility
By attending Trollkauk, you accept responsibility for your own belongings, health, safety and participation in festival activities.
The festival cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Please follow instructions from the festival team and take care of yourself and the people around you.
By purchasing a ticket
By purchasing a Trollkauk ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Ticket Terms & Conditions and agree to follow the festival's rules during your stay.
We want Trollkauk to be a place where people can relax, explore, dance, swim, make things, meet new people and spend a few days together in the forest. Help us keep it that way.
